The terms, in full
- Commission
- 25% of the sale price, on every product we sell. No tiers, no negotiation, no different rate for the plan that suits us better.
- Renewals
- Paid too. A subscription earns you 25% on every renewal, for as long as the customer stays. Not just the first payment.
- Tracking window
- 60 days from the click. If someone reads your post today and buys next month, it is still yours.
- Payouts
- Lemon Squeezy pays you, not us. Payouts are put together on the 1st and 15th and paid on the 14th and 28th, after a 30 day hold for refunds, to a bank account or PayPal in USD.
- Minimum payout
- $10. Anything below it rolls into the next one rather than disappearing.
- Approval
- Automatic. Lemon Squeezy vets every affiliate before they can apply anywhere, so once you are through that you are in, and you can start the same day.
- Cost to join
- Nothing, and there is no traffic minimum. One sale a year is still a sale we would not have had.

Three things can be bought, and what you earn is very different across them. The two subscriptions keep paying you for as long as the customer stays.

The Launch Pass is the biggest single commission and pays in one go. The subscriptions are smaller but they repeat, so a handful of monthly customers you referred two years ago are still paying you. Lemon Squeezy takes 2% of your commission as its own fee.
How it works
- Apply through Lemon Squeezy. You get an account there with your own link, your click and referral history, and your payout settings.
- Share your link. Anyone who arrives through it is attributed to you for 60 days, wherever on the site they land.
- Get paid twice a month, automatically, with an invoice you can download for your own books.
The details worth reading
- Attribution is by link, not by discount code. If someone clicks two affiliates' links, the most recent one inside the 60 day window gets the sale.
- Subscription renewals are commissioned at the same 25%, automatically, with no cap and no cut-off month. If the customer cancels, the commission stops with them.
- A refunded order voids its commission. We refund people who ask, so this happens occasionally and it is not personal.
- Buying through your own link does not count, and neither does bidding on our brand name in ads or posting your link into comment sections that did not ask for it.
- Say what the product does, not what you wish it did. If you write that it does something it cannot, the people you sent us find out in about a minute and it is your name on the recommendation.
